Cancellation Policy
Dear Patients, Thank you for choosing Onelove Dental Clinic. We would like to inform you that we have updated our cancellation policy to ensure a better experience for all patients.
Please note that repeated no-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) may result in limitations on future booking privileges, at the discretion of the clinic.
We understand that emergencies may occur; however, we kindly ask for your cooperation in notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Self-funded treatments come with a reliable warranty.
Self-funded treatments come with a full warranty of up to 2 years. This means that if any problems occur with the treated tooth,
we will re-treat or repair it free of charge for up to 2 years. This warranty covers cases where a crowned tooth develops decay or is damaged due to an accident.
Installment payments available
Installment payments are available for high-cost self-funded dental treatments.
Insurance-covered treatments available
At our clinic,
we provide insurance-covered treatments for conditions that are eligible. We offer treatment plans tailored to your needs,
so please feel free to consult us about anything.
Accepted credit cards
※Credit cards are only accepted for self-funded treatments.
Please note that the treatment period may vary depending on the degree of tooth movement required and your individual tooth alignment.
The price quoted above includes the cost of the detailed examination and diagnosis.
An adjustment fee of ¥6,800 (tax included) will be charged separately every few months.
Did you know that dental treatment fees can be eligible for medical expense deductions? If you pay medical expenses for yourself or your family,
you can receive a certain amount of income deduction. This is called medical expense deduction. The amount eligible for medical expense deduction is:

Tricare insurance is available. Please let us know your benefit number. We will check coverage rate before starting the treatment.
Other Health Insurance
If you have a private health insurance,
we will fill out a treatment report,
which you can send,
along with a claim form and receipt,
to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Payment can be made in installments. Cash payments can be accepted in Japanese yen only.
